Virtue Private Advisory was borne through a motto of morally and technically excellent practices. They are fundamental values of the founder and integral to the position of trust we hold with our clients, and gaining the confidence of those we serve.
As trusted advisers, we focus on understanding what matters most to our clients. We are dedicated to maintaining open, frequent communication and collaborating closely with our clients (and their other advisors, or staff, as relevant).

Our Founder
Leanne Spiteri
Leanne Spiteri, Chartered Accountant and Tax Adviser (BCom, MTax) has almost 20 years of experience servicing the needs of privately-owned groups.
Over her career, she has looked after the interests of businesses operating in a range of sectors (professional services, retail, manufacture and building and construction) and associated family groups, including investment related entities.
Prior to founding Virtue Private Advisory, Leanne worked as a director within Australia’s largest multi-family office, servicing the needs of high wealth families, with a focus on privately owned business. In addition, she has worked for a “Big 4” international accounting firm in audit and tax divisions. Her experience over this time has culminated in broad tax technical, accounting and commercial knowledge.
Leanne has served as treasurer and public officer of The Youth Junction Incorporated for the past 10 years, based in Sunshine, Victoria.
Leanne has two children and is an active member of their school community.
